I recently did an interview with @TerezaBizkova at @hackernoon about building crypto infra that aims to serve real needs. A few key points we covered: 1) stablecoins aren't niche anymore - they're powering the next wave of adoption. especially when used in real-world contexts, not just in DeFi alone. 2) Compliance is the real bottleneck. not liquidity, not tech - it's KYC, local licenses, gatekeepers controlling money flow. solve this and everything else starts moving. 3) Context matters more than people think. challenges in Kenya aren't the same as Nigeria. real support means showing up, listening, adapting. We’ve learnt so much from our recent team trip to Africa. 4) The builders making progress are doing the unsexy work - talking to regulators, building integrations, grinding through red tape. 5) We also talked about our startup school, why i moved to Malaysia, and projects like @vifi_labs and @ProjectMochaHQ bringing real utility onchain. Regulations are finally clearing up. Every continent is moving toward the same goal with stablecoins. europe's MiCA, HK’s new framework, even the US is getting its act together. But here's the problem - most people using stablecoins daily can't explain how they work. Supply is skyrocketing, and people still scratch their heads when you ask about pegs or reserve backing. Can you honestly say what 'delta neutral' means? I bet you can't. That's why we launched stable school with @stable_summit.
