had the skinny build for my whole life until i started bulking to go from 130lbs to 160lbs, i eating 3500+ calories a day half was from mass gainer, which was the single most craziest diet supplement i've ever done mass gainer has 1600 calories, 50lbs of protein, and 250g of carbs in each serving size (which is TWO heaping scoops aka you need TWO protein bottles to drink it) then from 160 to 180lbs i was eating 1lb of steak + mass gainer EVERY MORNING for 5 months. had to lay down to not throw up every morning for 20 mins after breakfast. resumed the 3200+ calories a day as well then decided i wanted to do 180lbs to 200lbs so i ran back the mass gainer, eggs, steak, etc one morning when i was drinking eggs, i literally was crying from the amount i was forcing myself to eat kinda had an awakening that morning bc i realized then that god did not put me on this planet to give myself an eating disorder at 22 years old by cry-eating eggs lmao naturally hit 200lbs from heavy lifting/eating at ~24, at nearly 210 rn and im HUGE ASF proud of the big thick man i've become. but i basically only been eating meat and rice for the past 5 years in differing quanitities lmfaoo made me learn that gaining weight is just as hard of a battle as losing it. i mean that. but either way, no one said it was going to be easy!

now im protein maxxing and push/pull/leg maxxing 2 sets max, 6-8 reps sadly took like a year off in lifting bc i SUCK! but im back now
haven't maxed out on anything in years, just don't care about it need to get more versatile i wanna hoop more
