Most teams spend 99% of their time on TGE and 1% on what comes after. Two post-TGE must-haves: 1. Use token incentives as your growth budget. Get tokens in users' hands, they'll become your biggest advocates. Avoid distributing tokens to traders or investors who haven't used the product. 2. Build a feedback loop with holders. Reach them while they're still holding, not after they've sold. I've seen teams launch into the wind, then wonder why there's a 50-75% sell-off in week one. Post-TGE planning is what separates good tokens from bad.
