Some updates how things are shaping up at @gguncharted. H1 was wild. We make a decision that we would take @FishingFrenzyCo to a new ecosystem after a successful MVP. @Ronin_Network welcomed us with open arms. Every number exceeded our own expectations. We doubled down on the game. Soon it became clear it was time to grow the team. Made a few key hires, and now we're focused on helping them crush it. Goal is to build a small, elite team that can move fast and take big swings. Since we started the company, its been 15 months of weekly builds, multiple games out the door. Over 65 versions of our games shipped. Our process: Ship --> Learn --> Iterate This is the most confident we’ve been, both about our thesis and our ability to execute. Crypto is an MMORPG. We're all playing games of risk and reward here. The @gguncharted thesis is to build around that. Our games are designed with this in mind. @FishingFrenzyCo is a living experiment of risk, reward and incentive design. We have a few more surprises around the corner for this season, and we continue to build (and learn) in public. H2 will be interesting for us. We have a few big bets lined up. More experiments, more innovation - stuff that's not been done yet. We're heads down on it now, and will share more soon. What makes me most excited is that if this works, it'll be a win for the entire industry. Don't get me wrong - by no means is any of this easy. Web3 gaming is going through a tough time right now. We're doing everything we can be to be lean, be profitable and have a healthy runway.
