Undergrad is a waste of time and money for most students. I also expect that mass university attendance significantly lowers birth rates. So slashing college enrollment to 1/4 of current rates (or less) would be a massive win-win.

While Roko is suggesting discrimination based on gender, I’m not. Skipping college is good for both men and women (and society). But humanities and social sciences degrees (and low-ranked universities more generally) should be the main targets of funding cuts.
