A reminder that as a technical matter global hunger is solved, not only that as a planet we make far more calories than humans can consume and stay healthy.

Calories are so abundantly overproduced, partially because all the world's agricultural giants rely on abundant government subsidies to make rice, wheat, corn, soy,... that no one would buy at the price it is produced.
