Gisteren kwam een van mijn teams naar me toe, en voor het eerst, toen we de personeelsbehoefte voor een project aan het plannen waren, stelde dit team voor om niet 1:4 PM/engineers te hebben, maar 1:0.5 PM/engineers.
Ik weet nog steeds niet of dit een goed idee is, maar voor het eerst in mijn leven stellen managers voor om twee keer zoveel PM's als engineers te hebben.
Ik denk dat het een teken is van waar de wereld naartoe gaat."
