Ethelia the Windwitch #179

Orphaned by the horrors of the Blackland Wars, Ethelia the Windwitch grew up the ward of the Treequeen of Chirioth. Though adept in the woodland arts, her true talents emerged as she grew, and she spent her young adult years searching for other Charmweavers to teach her to control her power. Although she has so far been unsuccessful, she happened upon a Leviathan shard in the Mountains of Ash, which has enhanced her inborn magics to shocking levels.
