Pup #632

Among the unaffiliated, Marcellus Consul stands out as a Cane Corso who is the kind of pup small terriers walk around without admitting why. Marcellus Consul can talk about a circuit board carved into a toy boat for an hour and still seem like new ideas are arriving in real time. The Yard has a small unspoken rule about teasing Marcellus Consul near the flooded market halls, mostly because nobody wants to lose. Under the jokes, Marcellus Consul wants to leave The Yard a little brighter than it was found.
