The best operators I know have telegram w/ 0 unreads.
When messages / tasks pile up it’s very easy to slip into a state of perpetual catch up. You become less effective and that negative aura stacks.
It’s very important to be an instant responder.
I am currently not. I fell behind after a few mass inbound events and it’s plagued me. I will be back within a week.
