Up to $10,000 bounty if we work with you or your candidate. ------ The ideal candidate: - Owns design across all touchpoints, setting the visual and UX direction that defines how Dupe appears to users - Navigates ambiguity effectively, making strategic decisions with limited information while balancing craft with speed - Demonstrates versatility across multiple design disciplines including UX, UI, branding, and marketing - Connects design decisions directly to business metrics and communicates the strategic value of design - Builds transparent design workflows and processes that scale with our growing team Compensation, experience & location Base: $165,000-$225,000 Equity: 0.5%-1.2% Tokens: $DUPE token allocation Experience: You're probably a fit if you've either personally shipped an app with millions of users, or you've led design on a team that has, or you still haven't gotten your shot but have 6-8 years of experience shipping insanely respectable and beautiful work. Location: NYC (remote in exceptional cases, ideally in tri-state area but ET/CT is fine if candidate is exceptional)
