The heart of Cove is our sophisticated BasketManager contract. ❤️‍🔥 It turns complex strategies into yield-bearing products called Baskets. Customizable portfolios of assets designed for maximum efficiency and optimized by @gauntlet_xyz.

Baskets are curated portfolios of ERC-20 or @erc4626 tokens, like: • A yield strategy: sUSDS + sFRAX (@SkyEcosystem @fraxfinance) • A staking index: stETH + sfrxETH + cbETH Each Basket is represented by a unique LP token, making them easy to manage and track.

Cove rebalances often to earn users the highest possible yield in every scenario. We match internal trades across Baskets to minimize slippage and access external liquidity via @CoWSwap only when needed.

When depositing, funds are pooled and allocated during the next rebalance cycle. Withdrawing allows for pro-rata (instant) or asynchronous (optimized) and received during the next rebalance.
