It's fucking hilarious to me how many people working in crypto, especially the VCs I've spoken to simply do not understand the systemic issues that people outside of this nyc/sf bubble face. I'm going to fucking crash out if I get told on a call once again that Starlink will fix everything and anyways everyone already has internet, as if authoritarian regimes and insurgents haven't been using ISPs to target and slaughter innocent people for years and everyone in the world can just miraculously afford satellite internet hardware now. I need to log off for a few days
