I'm not really one to peddle 'founder insights' or whatever, but one thing I'd tell any aspiring founder is you need to have something people can use as quickly as possible--I'd almost put this to the point where if you can't ship some kind of primitive MVP of your thing that could get at least some users pretty quick, maybe just consider not building that thing. The difference between MetaLeX year 1 when we were deep in governance solutions R&D for a year and MetaLeX year 2 when we ship a new usable feature for real-world entities every few weeks is night and day...the first year almost feels like a waste or like it didn't really exist compared to what we're doing now. . .
