$AZRH that is not what is happening, Vision is not losing leases or having a merger blocked, this is a flat out lie. This was an $11k judgement that laid dormant for years, then was appointed receivership 3 months after Vision Oil And Gas bought the Assets only of KRG Production. KRF submitted all of the paperwork to the Texas RRc together with Vision Oil And Gas and on the day that they did that, KRF no longer owned the assets or the wells. It even states in there that this is a collection tactic as option (B) KRF paying the judgement of $11k. There is no action KRF can take at this point on regard to assets that they sold on a date well before this receivership was appointed. Vision Oil And Gas is also not a named party in the lawsuit. Lastly, the mineral leases are not owned by KRF Production nor were they owned by KRF at the time that judgement was originally entered into. Another predatory attempt by Van Dyke, utilizing borderline illegal collection tactics.
