$ETH is down 13% from it's high against Monthly resistance. It is up +86% in just over a month. I think this is a very nice spot for ETH at the moment to try and stabilise. Still just feels like opportunity while people get scared into the 1st correction in 2 months.

We reached an L2 saturation point: Aave deployed on 16 chains, but the new deployments are operating at a loss (Soneium, Celo, Linea, zkSync, Scroll). As a result, Aave is unlikely to deploy on Bob BTC L2, even though it passed the temp check vote. Now, a proposal on the Curve forum suggests cutting all future or ongoing L2s. Reason? They generate barely $1.5k USD in fees while costing the team financial and time resources. Real tough time for undifferentiated L2s.

TL filled with cycle over talk this is good. People are almost at max depression again, also good. When people inevitably get bullish again (after candles turn green) the narratives that can bring in fresh capital will be the ones to send the hardest. I'm holding my whole $DOLO position into the WLFI narrative because I feel if the market gets better or stabilizes the WLFI narrative has THE BEST chance to bring outside/fresh capital into crypto. I think we will see a rapid repricing for DOLO still leading up to WLFI and Q4 and that this narrative has the highest chance to bring fresh capital in. This capital is not longing the latest trench meme. I believe the trenches will continue to experience outflows making it increasingly more PvP.
