If you haven't launched an amazing set of AI features this year, in production, that add >real< value ... Then there's no need to do a QBR or Customer Success catch-up call. No need at all.

I ran a little experiment yesterday: I took a detailed "prompt" for a B2B app and put it into Replit, Lovable, + 3 newer prosumer vibe platforms Honestly couldn't really tell the difference between any of them at "first code" They weren't identical. But they all looked like Claude built it and almost all used the same fonts, same icons, etc. They all actually looked pretty good. From a pure product marketing / copy perspective, I might actually grab bits and pieces from each. Was sort of like seeing 5 variants of the same thing from a design team.

My #1 bit of advice if you are doing one of the 180,000 new podcasts: Invite your guests yourself. Match the pitch great, personal and real. Don't oursource this to an agency or someone junior on your team. 100x higher chance anyone busy agrees to do it.
