The politics of Epstein are very simple. There is a mountain of evidence that he worked w/intelligence agencies, and that his connections helped him get away with his crimes. There is no excuse the American people will accept in place of a full accounting. Period.

You can support deportations while still being concerned with the treatment of m migrants themselves. Hate the criminals, sure, but deportations are perfectly justifiable without hating ordinary poor people. If you give in to that, you’re letting the enemy win by another route.

The “Epstein List” is the Loose Change and Dominion Voting Systems of this scandal, getting people focused on a shiny object while the real crimes are covered up. People want some scrap of paper implicating famous people, but the story is Epstein’s ties to intelligence agencies.
