Suspect Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez is a national and citizen of the Dominican Republic. RE ENTERED and RELEASED under Biden— on April 4, 2023 the United States Border Patrol apprehended him at/near San Luis, AZ. This criminal has a criminal warrant in Massachusetts for kidnapping and had been charged with a series of offenses.

Just in: our brave @ICEGov law enforcement are now facing a 830% INCREASE in assault against them. This new data reflects the violence against our law enforcement in cities across the country in the last few weeks. Politicians across the country, regardless of political stripe, must condemn this. @GavinNewsom, we’re looking at you.

It was my honor to meet the heroic flight crew of the @USCG CG-6553. Lieutenant Ian Hopper and Aviation Survival Technician Third Class Scott Ruskan were awarded the Distinguished flying cross for their extraordinary heroism. Lieutenant Blair Ogujiofor and Aviation Maintenance Technician Third Class Seth Reeves were awarded Air Medals for their heroic aerial flight. Both Ruskan and Reeves were meritoriously advanced to Petty Officer Second Class.

Ending the ‘Shoes-Off’ policy is the latest effort DHS is implementing to modernize and enhance traveler experience across our nation’s airports. We expect this change will drastically decrease passenger wait times at our TSA checkpoints, leading to a more pleasant and efficient passenger experience.
