This shouldn't be a controversial take, but in crypto, it is. The best way to build a world-class product is to make the user your only stakeholder. In crypto, that’s hard - tokens, grants, investors, and partnerships all pull focus away from the customer.

Excited for Today’s Big Announcement. Congrats to everyone at Base who worked on this! I am so proud to see a major mobile wallet adopt @farcaster_xyz mini apps (a thing we just made up eight months ago). A huge step forward for an industry allergic to usability. There are many reasonable objections you could voice in a big company: embedding arbitrary content is scary, apps can break and look bad, they might undercut your features and confuse your users. It takes some courage to adopt, and permissionless distribution is very much aligned with crypto values.
