When we launched USDC, our goal was to create a trustworthy digital dollar that could serve as foundational infrastructure for the internet economy. Today, with the House passage of the GENIUS Act, that vision is no longer an ambition; it is national policy in the making for all regulated US dollar stablecoins. This is a pivotal moment not just for our industry, but for the future of the U.S. dollar itself. For years, broader innovation has been held back by regulatory uncertainty. This bipartisan framework finally gives builders the clarity and confidence to scale from crypto-native use cases to broad, enterprise-grade financial services. The green light is officially on. The future of money is being written in code, and with this Act, America has chosen to hold the pen. I applaud the lawmakers who championed this historic legislation and look forward to seeing it signed into law.
