interesting strategy: 1. hold stables on tier 2/3 exchanges with bids placed low on ETH, BTC etc 2. wait for big move in a relatively illiquid book 3. profit ? Can think of a few times in history where this would have paid off. Wonder what the EV of this strategy would be over multi-year period considering custody risk etc
