1/ Quantum computing is poised to be one of the most profound technological shifts of our lifetimes–one that will redefine how we communicate and transact in the digital world. In the near term; however, it threatens the cryptographic foundation of the entire $3T digital asset industry. That's why now is the time to future-proof existing digital assets, and future-build for the quantum era to come.

2/ It's an audacious endeavor, and for me the most important ingredient of success for a dream of this scale are the *people* on the journey with you. Being part of a team of outstanding humans and working on a daunting, but inspiring challenge is what being in startups is all about. That's why I couldn't be more excited of the founding team of @ConorDeegan4 @FinnMurphy12 @lmushin @josephkearney @nuggimane @Joseph_Kearney as teammates on this journey.

3/ In a similar vein on the VC side, I'm thrilled to work with my old friend and @a16zcrypto alum @jessewldn, whose @variantfund co-led our seed round. Equally thrilled to work with @wjzeng and the team @Quantonation, for whom this is the first foray into the crypto/blockchain space!

I've always admired and respected @nic__carter and the team @CastleIslandVC team since I first got into crypto, and I'm excited to have them as partners as well. Incidentally, I was happy to discover we see eye to eye on the urgency and opportunity of addressing this problem.

5/ OFC, we wouldn't even be here if it weren't for the incubation from @formation_vc and @Nebularvc & @lmushin and @FinnMurphy12 respectively. They also deserve special credit for pilling me personally on this to begin with!

6/ Finally, I'm excited to welcome some great angel investors, which include @zmanian @AnnaRRose @JoeLallouz @aaronhenshaw & @AmbushCapital, and many others.

7/ This fundraising will enable us to create products and solutions that PROTECT individual Bitcoin/crypto holders from the quantum threat. The first step is yellowpages, the first post-quantum proof of Bitcoin ownership.

8/ is a free, audited, and open-source tool which allows you to generate quantum-resistant keys today and securely link them to your existing Bitcoin addresses. There’s no need to move your coins on-chain or wait for protocol upgrades.

9/ By creating this secure fallback now, yellowpages preserves provable Bitcoin ownership in a post-quantum world, while also buying crucial time for the Bitcoin community to propose, debate, develop, and thoroughly test essential protocol upgrades.

We can't wait for this technology to arrive before considering it's implications. That's why Project 11 is the right idea, at the right time, with the right people. The story is just beginning, and I can't wait to build from here. /End
