Introducing Undulation, my newest exploration within the realm of Tigerbob. The project consists of a digital HTML script and a matching cashmere tapestry knitted on a hacked vintage knitting machine.

Uniting various hand-powered, meticulous & repetitive mark-making techniques, Undulation explores the relationship between different grid inputs used to create images on screens and in fabric.

The aesthetic of the work is derived from my unique visual language, translated in pixel form. The 24 repeating jacquard tiles expand the Elysian Garden, visualizing a dense maze of flowers, foliage & living things that seem to move with the pulse of the natural world.

"I think the marriage between the physical and digital comes down to the scaffolding that creates the aesthetic that you see in front of you. And these grids are the basis on the work produced."

The primary sale of this work includes the HTML script and physical tapestry. The tapestry is ready to hang can be displayed any way that you like. The panels are separate, interchangeable, and can be displayed separate or together.
