the greatest regret i have is underestimating the value of long term compounding. capital, friendships, projects, places, all get better with decades long investment. its impossible to understand until you see it. it is entirely what life is about. a few things for a long time
For example, our panelized approach allows us to scale from ADUs to single family homes, and eventually multi family residential.
Much harder to build a versatile system like this, but it was the right long term technical direction - which is why we did it.
