Q2 HIGHLIGHTS Q2 was a breakout quarter for Sui’s DeFi Suite. With more onchain activity, protocol upgrades, and major product launches, Suilend has cemented its role as the backbone of DeFi on Sui. Here’s a recap of the key milestones and achievements 🧵

1) 200M SUI TVL - A New All-Time High Suilend surpassed 200 million SUI in TVL, reinforcing its position as the largest and most trusted DeFi platform on Sui. This milestone reflects Suilend's strong growth and the growing maturity of the Sui DeFi ecosystem overall.

2) 0% Borrow Fees In a major step toward capital efficiency, we eliminated borrow fees entirely. Users can now borrow against their assets with 0% fees making Suilend the most cost-effective borrowing platform on Sui.

4) SpringSui: LST Creator Tool In May, @springsui_ launched a permissionless LST creator, allowing anyone to spin up a liquid staking token in minutes. Since then, 200+ LSTs have launched, amassing over $10M in TVL - a major step toward making staking on Sui accessible to all.

5) oshiSUI - 1st Public Company-Issued LST 6) Gumi, a publicly listed Japanese gaming firm, launched oshiSUI via SpringSui - the first LST on Sui issued by a public company. As of June 30, oshiSUI has surpassed 1M SUI staked ($2.7M) and is the top LST by deposits on Suilend.
