Both + Optimism & Arbitrum are getting institutional adoption bc they prioritized DeFi, liquidity and integrations. Startups & Corporations will be continue to choose integrated, well connected buzzing places w lot of users and liquidity. There’s nothing to overthink. There’s nothing to question this. There’s just need to put proper intensity into this not just doing smth finally but to do as much as humanly possible if any ecosystem want to catchup, survive and even think about being successful.
