Introducing Shortcut — the first superhuman Excel agent. Shortcut one-shots most knowledge work tasks on Excel. It even scores >80% on Excel World Championship Cases in ~10 minutes. That's 10x faster than humans. Our early preview is live. Just comment for an invite code.
Codes are limited at Beyond doing your work, it also has near perfect feature parity on Excel. Directly edit, import, and export files. That means there is no reason to go back to Excel. It's like going back to VScode after Cursor.
We are in the process of benchmarking Shortcut In the meantime... I will give you a year free if you can tag me in a video of gemini/copilot/genspark reliably doing anything that shortcut can't on Excel!
Until now, billions of non-technical workers haven't felt what swe/researchers feel when working alongside AI that can do a lot of their work. It's not just software engineers anymore. AI will change everything for everyone.
Shortcut is also an aspiring artist. I had no idea it could do this until I tried. Here I got Shortcut to paint Yoda for me ❤️
It's early and Shortcut is far from perfect. Shortcut gets lazy with formatting, struggles with long multi-round conversations, and runs into context limits on large PDFs. There is a clear path to disrupt Excel, but for now, I'll settle for making @satyanadella dance
Comment for an invite code and I will send you one ASAP! We will need to scale this gradually as Shortcut is pretty token-hungry. A huge thanks to our special projects team of researchers and engineers at @Fundamental
Fun feature, you can share any file by generating a link and people can jump into your file and history. This is the YC analysis:
I'm getting to everyone ❤️ ... Going to need some gpus...
Alright sending codes. We scaled up 10x. Another 10x coming this weekend. if you're too slow to use the code i reply on your comment
