Once more, this time with data: The divergence between ADP and BLS this month was *not* particularly large. The recent pattern of ADP consistently being below BLS is a bit unusual, but the time series isn't long enough to say how unusual.

Indeed, the relationship between the two series is nowhere close to statistically significant on a month-to-month basis. (These charts are showing only the initial estimates, before revisions.)
