I want to share an incredible moment at the gym this morning. A young man nervously asked me if he could work in on the preacher curl with me which of course, I said yes. He was new to the gym and didn’t know what he was doing yet so I showed him a few tips and spotted him. We finished up, I told him if he ever needs help to always come ask me, and as I about to walk away he said, “Joey, can I take a photo with you? The truth is you and Jeff Nippard are the reason I started going to the gym”. It put the biggest smile on my face (as you can see) and I replied, “Only if I can get one with you too”. Cody, if you see this young man, thank you for making my day. You will ALWAYS have a friend in me.
