@hyli_org @NoirLang 2D-Doc is a QR code-based digital signature scheme used on official French documents (ID cards, tax returns, etc.). It signs plaintext content with ECDSA (p256) and embeds it as a barcode. The challenge: client-side ZK verification of these signatures in-browser.

@hyli_org @NoirLang To address this, David created , a Noir library that parses and verifies 2D-Doc barcodes fully in-browser. No server dependency. All proofs are generated locally via WASM. This aligns with constraints on data sovereignty and verification transparency.

@hyli_org @NoirLang Client-side ECDSA zk-proofs are RAM-intensive. Prior benchmarks (e.g., by Vlad) showed feasibility in Noir. Proof generation was fragmented into smaller recursive components to stay within WASM limits. This enabled performant in-browser proving.
