In this video, we can see that @AIWayfinder is starting to invite the first people to test out their new autonomous agents - and I have to say, I’m impressed. These agents can monitor, analyze, and act directly on blockchain data and DeFi protocols. Right now, they’re able to check on-chain positions every 10 minutes and automatically take action based on what they see. That alone already adds a ton of utility, but the use cases shown in the demo are what really stand out. The agent can handle automated trading, including placing limit orders on DEXs - something that’s still pretty rare in DeFi. It can also snipe NFTs, which might seem niche, but for the more degen users out there, this could become a powerful tool if NFTs ever cycle back into the spotlight. What really caught me off guard is that DEX arbitrage is included too. If that works well, it could offer a solid and repeatable way to profit from price differences across protocols. Another feature I liked is auto-voting - perfect for people involved in DAOs who aren’t online all the time. There’s also the ability to buy based on positive news, which I find really interesting - I’m curious to see how the agent identifies and reacts to news in real time. And then there’s yield optimization, which might be one of the first features to roll out smoothly, since it’s fairly straightforward to compare yields across different platforms. What stands out to me is how this is built not just for full-time traders or crypto natives, but also for people who can’t sit in front of a screen all day. Whether you have a job, other responsibilities, or just don’t want to micro-manage every DeFi move, this kind of automation makes it much more accessible. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with what Wayfinder is building. If this continues to develop the way it looks now, it could really change how people approach DeFi - making it more flexible, efficient, and user-friendly.
