as a kid i never had the slightest inclination toward any job when ppl asked me what i wanted to be when i grew up. i thought being a mom seemed pretty cool, but it felt like I wasn’t allowed to say this as a smart girl. in adulthood ive had ppl say im the only woman they know who openly admits to wanting to be a SAHM. this seems like a pretty big problem.
