Bitcoin covenant toolkit: A deep dive into CTV and CSFS

Particular thanks to @jamesob @_arshbot and @salvatoshi for their thoughtful feedback. I learned a lot along the way of writing this article, and the feedback made me question myself and grow. The timing was great because I learned from honest criticisms from @darosior and @salvatoshi notably on whether or not CTV based "vaults" can actually be considered true vaults, and whether or not they help the cause. I will explore more use cases going forward and keep watching the alternatives.
