My entry into crypto was buying a ‘whole’ Litecoin in 2017, my logic being I’d rather own a whole coin, but both bitcoin and ethereum were too expensive and the others seemed ‘too cheap’. I sold it a few months later at a $4.35 loss and didn’t touch crypto again until 2021.
