it would be really easy for a crypto company to raise enough to buy a distrokid/ tunecore competitor, even hire a few industry execs, and then put actual distribution rights onchain, launch it as a dapp, even charge less than incumbent web2 players do for distribution/ uploads and so be a *better* option for existing music networks - and then trojan horse that into being able to [actually] have markets for music rights and provenance without it being just vapour

it’s a shame that there is a scarcity of game among the players
