In House of ZK Radio #57, @DacEconomy describes @ProjectZKM's Entangled Rollup design - a framework for cross-chain interoperability that preserves base-layer security by using preconditions instead of message passing. Unlike traditional bridges or vertical rollups, Entangled Rollups aim to securely connect heterogeneous blockchains (e.g. @Bitcoin and @ethereum) under a universal zkRollup architecture. ZKM provides the zkVM infrastructure (Ziren), enabling verifiable computation across chains. @GOATRollup is the first implementation of this design, using ZKM to generate proofs for BitVM2/3-based Bitcoin L2 functionality. The long-term vision is to unlock scalable, secure, trust-minimized cross-chain applications while retaining decentralization and Bitcoin-level security. Learn more at
