Doesn’t CLARITY define a digital EQUITY or BOND as a SECURITY under SEC oversight and limit Utility tokens and memes to the CFTC (along with requiring cooperation on rule homogenization)??? Or is she correct that companies can effectively choose their regulator under the Bill?
