It’s time to show the world that protecting your privacy can be a rewarding experience. On Namada, data protection is a public good: the more assets you shield, the stronger Namada's data protection guarantees get for everyone.

You can now receive NAM rewards for shielding USDC, ATOM/stATOM, OSMO/stOSMO, and TIA/stTIA. Over time, the Namada community will enable rewards for additional assets via on-chain governance.

Note that Namada enables gas payment in any governance-supported token, so you can use your USDC, ATOM/stATOM, OSMO/stOSMO, or TIA/stTIA to make shielded transactions. This means you can transfer out of Namada to participate in DeFi while keeping your personal data shielded.
