I'm not the best at going to the doctor regularly (I'm a guy 🤷‍♂️). But I was due for a chronic med prescription renewal. I usually just have my cofounder @Lipoprotein do a quick review with me and send the renewal in for another year. This time, after listening to @tjparker on the @hoh_pod, I tried out @generalmedco to see how their service flows. - Insurance checked right away w/ $0 copay for a Zoom session the next day. - Allowed me to share my existing Rx and Assessment/lab results. - My Rx filled to the pharmacy down the street (usually I use CostPlus but went ahead with the local this time). - The doctor followed up with a referral to a convenient-to-me cardiologist. This was the experience I expected, yet I was still delighted with the ease of the overall experience. Afterward, I was raving to Wife about it. Her first comment was, "They (virtual med clinics) never know anything." Then she tried it for a refill she needed. Her appointment was like just 3 hours after she signed up. She had a similar great experience. BOOM--she was a 180-degree convert! 10/10 recommend.
