Next, in a bizarre coincidence, a detailed lawsuit by an activist investor (Kingbird Ventures) emerged, also seeking to take control of the company (I don’t know them, and never spoke to them).
He shows up as BOTH Sean Dollinger and Yaakov Levtov as shareholders in Kootenay Zinc Corp. This was part of a reverse takeover to form PeakBirch Logic.
Notably only 1 could sign as witness (Yaakov), though Sefi & Guy Dollinger did, too

Dollinger also was founder of Mobile Booster Ltd UK. Dissolved in 2013. Some kind of phone business.
Honestly, I gave up here. Lots of private companies in all manner of businesses. Personal addresses for Dollinger/Levnov in US, Canada, UK, Israel, etc.
He just started Sensei Group Inc. this year
