UK claims this is their next gen (6th gen) fighter demonstrator. It looks like a typical 5th gen design, this is why China and the US are the only 2 power capable of designing 6th gen fighters. The flight control for a supersonic tailless design is extremely difficult, hence weaker powers would opt for a design with vertical tails, which destroys all-aspect and broad-band stealth. Even the US F-47 is adding the canards due to such difficulties. Only China is currently capable of designing pure tailless supersonic 6th gen fighters.
