IMO the best thing we can do right now is to max out our personal compute. i.e our brains. we do that by eating well, sleeping enough, exercising, lifting and staying physically fit, keeping mentally active etc. i often find that my own mental capacity+processing is the limiting factor in everything I'm doing today. And this is even starker now because AI is a force multiplier. it will 100x your internal capacity if you use it right. our minds are the bottleneck. scale that and you're unstoppable.
