4 months ago she was adopted, fell out of a window, dragged her broken body under a car, was returned to me, 7 days in the ICU, 3 surgeries, 6 weeks of tube feeding... and now she's built enough trust in me to follow me around and stare at me like this so yes, I'm keeping Wonton

so this is an emotional decision but also a logical decision as I have 0 doubt in my mind that if Wonton was put in a home with a stranger she would 10000% find another way the hell out of there and I simply only trust myself to keep her in a safe bubble for the rest of her life
