On a scale of 1-10 (1 being genius, 10 being utterly stupid), I'd rate 7-9 for most cases involving buying into poorly performing companies with little to know revenue, cash flow, profitability and a questionable business model ( zombie companies). It's a high-stakes gamble fueled by FOMO, often ending in retail bag-holding when hype dies or crypto corrects. Better alternatives are direct crypto buys or ETFs. While not all crypto treasury adopters are weak, many are—using it as a speculative pivot. Historical cycles show this often ends poorly in busts, with leveraged bets amplifying downturns. This time will be no different.
