do you ever think about how different the worlds going to be a decade from now? I don’t mean taller skyscrapers or weird fashion trends I’m talking about robots in everyone’s home, kids being best friends with an AI, celebrities “IPO-ing” themselves via crypto. i was one of the last kids to experience the pre-internet days back then board games, sneaking around the garden, being bored (underrated) was very common it’s wild to see how much the internet changed everything now iPads are strapped to baby strollers, teenagers aren’t leaving the house & internet companies are wealthier than the 80% of countries. it’s crazy to think we’re about to experience that same type of societal change but at 100X the impact and speed. honestly i have no clue what things are going to be like but if i had to guess, - human-to-AI relationships will be more dominant than human-to-human - everything will be “casino-fied” meaning you can buy & bet on anything. stocks will be considered “boomer”. - human-made goods and services that robots cannot recreate will be worth a high premium - class war will be extreme as the wealth gap becomes even more widened.
