The Genesis Launchpad by @metaplex would atleast 5x their annual revenue from $20M+ to $100M+/year out of which 50% is used for $MPLX buybacks. Here's how that would happen: - Genesis is not in competition with @pumpdotfun or @bonk_fun as it is for serious projects rather than memecoins. - So lets say if a project raises $20M through Genesis they would pay a standard fees of 5-10%. Lets assume that to be 7% which would be $1.4M - If Metaplex launches atleast 5 new projects every month through Genesis they would make an additional $7M on top of the $2M+ they already make in fees from tokens and nfts. - From this calculation their annual revenue comes out to be $108M and this is the base case which would lead to $54M of MPLX buybacks.
