Hey Jellies, I want to share a story with you. It was in 2021, and during a casual chat with my community, I said something that I still believe today: "Big investors aren’t really using DeFi yet, it’s still too risky. Too many hacks, not enough safety." That thought stuck with me. I began wondering: What if there was a project truly focused on solving this exact issue? At the time, everyone was launching cross-chain bridges, one of the riskiest services in crypto, and yet I started to discover a few projects that were building exactly what I had envisioned: a secure DEX and wallet that gave users full control over their assets, and enabled native swaps.... not like the usual ones that involve multiple hidden steps and wrapped tokens. That complexity introduces risk, even if users don’t see it. And that’s when I found @PortaltoBitcoin. It was love at first sight. I spoke with the founders, we immediately clicked, and from those early conversations came a working relationship that’s still going strong today. I was one of the first to organize free AMAs for Portal, like the one English/Italian with @geoburke, because my only goal was to help more people discover the project. I truly believed (and still believe) that this is the kind of innovation our industry needs. And I’m proud to have supported Portal during its earliest days of growth. I’ve been here since the very beginning, through good times, FUD, stress, and sleepless nights working to hit our goals. And we’ve achieved so much. I’ve met some of the most talented collaborators I’ve ever worked with, done things I never imagined I would do, all driven by a shared passion to reshape this space for the better. But above all, I met you. Jellies We’re over 500,000 strong now, and every day you show me love, support, and encouragement. We’ve grown together. Many of you have become real friends. We’re not just a community anymore. We’re a family. So today, I want to say thank you. To each and every one of you who’s been on this journey with me, I’m grateful beyond words. We’ve come far, and I’ll always be proud of this journey. Love you all Zeph
