According to reports, BTCS Inc. announced that it will issue $10 million in convertible bonds at a conversion price of $13 per share, based on a previously agreed arrangement of $56 million with ATW Partners LLC. As of now, the company holds a total of 55,788 ETH, an increase of 23,933 ETH compared to the previously disclosed 31,855 ETH.
