Similar to OX Fun (which was relatively successful during memecoin's peak mindshare), $QTO is a strategic rebrand adding spot trading, proof of reserves (sorely needed), USDC perps and a new rewards program

Will be interesting to see how it plays out. Could be one of the few that capture real mindshare in this market.
